Privacy policy
Raheeb works with no account and no sign-in, and never asks for your name, email or phone number. This page lists exactly what reaches our servers when you use the app, and what stays on your device only.

Who we are
Raheeb is developed and run by Abdulrahman Alqadiri (Kuwait), referred to on this page as “we”. For anything about privacy, contact dev7ee@gmail.com.
What we don't collect
- No accounts or passwords, and we never ask you to sign in to any platform.
- We don't collect your name, email, phone number or contacts.
- We don't read your photos or files. The Photos permission is add-only, used to save what you download.
- We don't read your clipboard on our own; a link is pasted only when you tap the paste button.
- We don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), don't track you across other apps and websites, and never sell any data.
What reaches our servers when you download
When you ask to download a link, the app sends that link to our server to extract the file. With each request we keep a record of:
- The link, the platform and the result (success, or failure and its reason).
- Your IP address and the country derived from it.
- A random device identifier generated by the app (not the device serial and not the advertising ID), the app version and language, and whether you subscribe.
Usage statistics
The app sends anonymous usage events to our server, such as opening a screen, using a tool or tapping subscribe, with the same random identifier, country and language. We also use Google's Firebase Analytics in its build that collects no advertising ID. The purpose is to understand what people use and fix what breaks, not advertising.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store the push token Apple gives your device along with your time zone and language, so notifications arrive at a reasonable hour for you. You can turn them off any time in the app's settings or in iPhone Settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
All payments go through Apple, and we never see your card details. Apple tells us the subscription status (started, renewed, cancelled, refunded) linked only to your device's random identifier, so we can unlock Pro on your device.
What stays on your device
- Everything you download is saved in My Files on your device, and in Photos if you allow it. Temporary files the server prepares are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- The photo, video, audio and PDF tools and image enhancement run on your device with no upload.
- iCloud sync (for subscribers) stores your files in your own iCloud account with Apple and never passes through our servers.
- “Send to device” works over your local Wi-Fi directly between your two devices, with a 6-digit code, and never goes over the internet.
- The Face ID lock is handled by iOS, and nothing from it reaches us.
Third-party services
- Image search: when you use it, the photo you pick is uploaded to the search engine you choose (Google Lens, Bing, Yandex or TinEye) and is subject to its policy.
- In-app browser: the sites you visit deal with you directly under their own policies, and any sign-in there stays in your device's browser and never reaches us.
- To extract some links your device may request the public page from the platform and send its content to our server, and we may route a request through a proxy provider. This only concerns the public post page.
- Apple (the App Store, subscriptions and notifications) and Google Firebase (analytics and notifications).
Why we use this data
- To run downloads and apply the free daily limit, invite codes and offers.
- To prevent abuse and protect the server.
- To fix links that fail and improve the app.
- To send notifications if you allow them.
Retention and deletion
We keep records for as long as they are needed to run and improve the service. You can ask us to delete everything linked to your device by emailing dev7ee@gmail.com with a rough description of your use (country and the date or link of a download). Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data about them. Adult content is blocked in downloads and in the browser.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
